All retainer fees must be paid in advance.

Additional activities are pre-approved by Client and billed as incurred.

Expenses are billed as incurred.

Termination

1. May be given by either party with 60 days written notification.

2. If Client is delinquent with payment beyond 30 days, or

3. Client does not respond in a timely fashion to requests made by Clinical Solutions International, LLC on behalf of FDA., Clinical Solutions International LLC retains the right to terminate the agreement.

4. Client may terminate Clinical Solutions International, LLC for failure to respond in a timely fashion.

5. No refunds will apply for any prepaid, if termination is given.

If the relationship is terminated by Clinical Solutions International, LLC, they will notify the FDA of the termination as the US agent within 15 days of termination.
