Richard D. McNary, MEd., RN, RRT

Director of Clinical Research

Mr. McNary is currently Director of Clinical Research for Clinical Solutions International, LLC (CSI). His past work experience includes Global Director, Clinical Research for Smiths Medical Group, London, England.  Clinical Affairs Manager, Portex Inc., Research & Development, Clinical Specialist for Concord Laboratories.  Mr. McNary’s clinical experience includes positions as Director of Cardiopulmonary Medicine, Director of Education for the Vermont Paramedic Training Program, and Supervisor of Respiratory Care Pediatric Services.

His related experience includes work as a Product Design Consultant and Crisis Manager for several disasters relief programs around the globe.  He is a Trainer/Instructor for several universities and community colleges, training in acute respiratory physiology. He is a co-contributor for a neonatal respiratory intensive care manual, which has been internationally distributed and has many published articles to his credit.

He received his Bachelors in Science degree and his Masters in Education from Bridgewater State College. He has an Associates degree in Nursing from State University of New York. He is a National Registered Respiratory Therapist and received Certification in Criminal Justice from the State of Vermont Police Academy. He is an instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.  His post graduate training has been in Personal Management, Leadership Training, Criminal Justice, Critical Care Medicine, Adult Learning Styles, Advanced Airway Management, Anesthesia, Obstetrical High-Risk Management, Neonatology, Emergency Medicine, Clinical Trial Design, Clinical Market Survey, Post-Market Clinical Follow-up, and Regulatory Compliance
